PRODUCT INFORMATION

The SW and PR side loading, labeling and robot palletizing solutions for RSC and/or wrap-around cases can carry out case forming, loading, sealing, labeling and palletization, and have a patented case extraction system.

Highly compact, they have the ability to seal cases with glue or tape, all within the same footprint. Their collating system is adapted to the nature, shape and rigidity of the product.

Palletization

Labeling, control and palletization carried out by a 6-axis robot.
1 or 2 stations.
Collaborative functionality for improved ergonomics and dialog with the operator; in an optimized footprint.
Continuous operation without disrupting the line upstream during pallet changeover thanks to a buffer zone.
Out feed of the full pallet in total safety thanks to software stops managed by the robot's dual core processor.
Single control interface for all the machines.
Space saving with empty pallet magazine below the robot support.

Product packing

Stocking of blanks in a flat magazine with chains advancing mechanically and guide to maintain stability.
Positive case extraction and forming (patented system) by two rotating arms fitted with suction cups.
Flap deflection and guiding of the batch of products into the case by rotating bridge and loading funnel.
Motorized transfer of the batch into the case.
Folding and holding of the inner flaps.
Pre-folding of the long flaps whilst case is stationary, followed by progressive folding during transfer.

Hot-melt version

Motorized transfer of the cases (held square) by mechanical shuttle with speed control for even application of glue strips.
Pressure applied evenly to case sides to ensure gluing and squaring of the case prior to outfeed.

Adhesive tape version

Motorized transfer of the cases (held square) by mechanical shuttle.
Positive transfer of the case by motorized belts for sealing by applying adhesive tape.
