PRODUCT HANDLING

For product handling, our robotic machines perform pre-collation, batch forming, product flow management and product assortment.

Thanks to their lightweight tooling, these machines provide a 30% weight reduction on average in relation to traditional gripping heads, due to the smart association of composite materials (carbon, aluminum in a honeycomb structure) and the use of agglomerated polymers by 3D printing.

Various types of gripping tooling can be used to preserve products: membranes, suction cups, grippers, etc., while the choice of loading arm is optimized in order to make energy savings. An "intelligent" head safety mechanism (depending on the application) protects the tooling parts. 

CASE PACKING

In case packing, we offer a complete range of loading arms. These are highly versatile solutions that are perfectly adapted to bags, stand-up pouches (Doypacks®), flowpacks, etc. These products can be handled upright or lying flat.

Our loading arms perform precise movements to protect products whatever their contents (liquid, solid, pasty, viscous) and features (cap, straw, etc.), while their modular design allows them to be scaled in accordance with the required speed and the product contents/weight.
