Based on simplified or automatic solutions, we deliver ergonomics and ease for facilitating access for staff interventions as well as quickness & repeatability to improve line availability and ramp-up following changeovers
Motorized adjustments for fast, reliable and repeatable changeovers in less than 10 minutes (Automatic + tool-free + light weighted change parts)
Auto-adjustable machine for glass bottles, diameter from 60 to 108 mm and height between 205 to 380mm
Smooth and precise batch gripping and transfer of 24 to 48 bottles by a single auto-adjustable gripping head mounted on a 2-axis gantry manipulator
All movements are servo-driven for smooth contact with products at all times and facilitate fully automatic adjustments for changeovers.
End grippers can be easily and quickly changed for various bottle necks and/or cap designs
