After the 12-month rotation, which will include a few months in Parma in Italy, Octeville, St. Laurent sur Sèvres, and Reichstett in France, you will be part of the Sales Beverages team covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The job will be home-office based. This team handles equipment sales for the beverage market in these countries.
Your mission:
· Growing Sidel’s equipment business in Germany and Switzerland;
· Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;
· Driving the achievement of sales objectives;
· Developing new business within the assigned territory;
· Promoting Sidel solutions in the assigned market;
· Establishing and coordinating agents operating in the region (when applicable);
· Building strong cooperation and coordination with Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Service teams;
· Working in close collaboration with support functions such as Trade Finance, Sales Administration, Marketing, and Legal;
